We at Zenzero Catering have been working for years in the catering industry together with a team of professionals, many of whom come from the Italian cooking school of Gualtiero Marchesi, who like us work and cook with passion and dedication.

With great commitment we offer a quality and personalized Italian catering service based on each client’s needs. Driven by a strong desire for innovation we decided to expand our services, not only to offer a catering service for public and private events, but also to create a catering service for companies, schools and health facilities.

Chiara Maria Mignemi - Founder of Zenzero Catering

Hi, my name is Chiara Maria Mignemi and I am the founder of Zenzero Catering. Sicily is the land where I was born and raised and where everything began. I completed my studies and my passion for pastry making and healthy, wholesome cooking began, which brought me here where I am now.

I graduated in educational sciences and obtained a master’s degree in natural nutrition. Together with a friend, I founded a company to offer catering and event and wedding organization services. Later, I decided to attend a pastry course which confirmed a passion I felt innate within me, that for cooking and for creating sweets.

After my past experiences on my island, I moved to Amsterdam and founded my own restaurant, with the aim of being able to offer Italian catering services and introduce people to the authenticity of Italian Mediterranean cuisine.
